• Plan and conduct weekly training sessions

• Lead team during league matches

• Focus on skill development and sportsmanship

• Communicate effectively with parents and league officials

• Ensure player safety and adherence to league policies

• Previous coaching or playing experience (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Background check clearance

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• US Soccer Grassroots License (or equivalent)

• Experience coaching youth recreational leagues
